· preparation of delivery challans as per note duly authorized, checking of delivery challans with notes submitted by dispatch section

· preparation of invoice in tally with the consultation of account department

· acknowledgement on delivery challan & on lorry copies.

· follow-up for acknowledgment with site supervisor/customer etc

· maintaining transport excel file.

· maintaining of party wise excel file

· co-coordinating with the transporter for obtaining earlier months bills.

· coordination with departments like dispatch, stores, sites etcof invoice in tally with consultation of account department
