Responsibilities: Loan Sales & Cold Calling

• Identify customer's needs and inform them about the company's products/services

• Convince the customer to purchase the product/service, clarifying information wherever required

• Should have knowledge of selling financial products, including:

- Credit cards ( plans, penalties and eligibility)

- Loans (personal, housing, auto and more)

- Other investment opportunities (mutual funds, market-related instruments etc.)

• Process customer purchases and accurately record details of customer's purchase orders
