Role & Responsibilities

Loading and unloading goods safely from trucks, vans, or within the warehouse/store.

Moving stock inside the store/warehouse: carrying items, arranging / stacking goods.

Assisting with packing, packaging, sorting the goods as needed.

Sometimes using barcode or scan tools / following instructions for inventory / stock management.

Keeping the work area clean and maintaining basic order and safety.

Eligibility / Requirements

Education: Often 10th pass or even below sometimes acceptable.

Age: Frequently in range of about 18-35 years.

Physical fitness is required — must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk, etc.

Experience: Freshers welcome in many places; experience helpful but not always mandatory.

Salary / Benefits / Shift

Salary range: Typically ₹14,000 to ₹18,000/month base in many places. Some areas may offer more (depends on cost of living, size of warehouse, responsibilities).

Incentives: Some roles offer incentive / bonus if performance targets are met.

Shift: Often full-time; day and/or night shifts, depending on location.
