Freshers For Lift Operator - Bhubaneswar

We are seeking a reliable Lift Operator to manage the safe and efficient operation of lifts in our facility in Bhubaneswar, India. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with up to two years of experience. A completed 12th grade is required.

As a Lift Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Operating Lifts: You will operate and monitor lifts to ensure smooth operation, helping passengers safely reach their destinations.

- Ensuring Safety: You must follow all safety protocols while operating lifts, ensuring the safety of passengers and adhering to company policies and regulations.

- Assisting Passengers: You will assist passengers entering and exiting the lift, especially those with special needs or heavy luggage, showing politeness and patience.

- Responding to Issues: You should be prepared to react quickly to any malfunctions or emergencies, providing immediate assistance or notifying maintenance staff as needed.

- Maintaining Lift Cleanliness: It is important to keep the lift area clean and organized, reporting any damages or maintenance needs promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers and responding to their needs. A friendly demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure are also important. Reliable attendance and a willingness to work full-time hours in an office environment are expected.
