Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
• Oversee all aspects of non-air services, including holiday bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and transfers.
• Ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences for all services.
• Supervise and support the operations team, including tour guides, customer service agents, suppliers and transfer coordinators.
2. Marketing and Business Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth.
• Identify new target audiences and market segments for leisure and MICE services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
3. MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events):
• Manage the planning and execution of MICE events, including conferences, seminars, and incentive travel.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored MICE solutions.
4. Supplier Selection and Evaluation:
• Identify and select reputable suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and event venues, in the GCC region and other relevant markets.
• Conduct thorough supplier evaluations to assess their reliability, quality of service, pricing, and capacity to meet the firm's needs and standards.
5. Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Negotiate supplier contracts, including pricing, service level agreements, terms and conditions, and cancellation policies.
• Ensure that all contracts are fair, compliant, and in the best interest of the company.
6. Rate Negotiation:
• Negotiate competitive rates and packages with suppliers to offer cost-effective options to clients while maintaining profitability for the firm.
7. Performance Monitoring:
• Continuously monitor supplier performance to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards and contractual obligations.
• Address and resolve any performance issues promptly and professionally.
