Job Description

Well versed with provisions of the Companies Act 2013 (specially Board and General

Meetings, minutes, notices, and all Statutory Registers, preparing and filing of E-Forms with

MCA)

ESOP Management

Dealt with Dematerialised shares allotment, transfer, split of shares or corporate action

related to any such event with NSDL/CDSL.

Filing forms and compliances under FEMA/ RBI

Drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of all types of Agreements, resolutions, notices,

and other documents required for day-to-day compliances.

Capacity & capability to handle pressure
