Job Title: Lease Abstraction Associate - US Commercial Real Estate

Job Responsibilities

* Review US commercial lease documents and identify important information.

* Extract and enter lease-related data accurately into Excel and lease management systems.

* Understand and follow instructions related to lease abstraction.

* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling documents.

* Complete assigned work within the given timelines and productivity targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to clarify lease-related information when required.

* Maintain data quality and confidentiality.

* Be flexible to support changing business requirements.

Required Skills

* Good written and verbal English communication.

* Strong reading and comprehension skills.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Good analytical and logical thinking ability.

* Willingness to learn US commercial real estate and lease abstraction processes.

* Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

* Energetic, flexible, and adaptable to business requirements.
