• the ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

• he will be an individual contributor responsible for the development and enhancement of hil framework and other automation initiatives.

• should have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

responsibilities:

• analyse, design and automate test cases based on system requirements

• design and maintain simulation tools for manual testing

• able to develop test automation framework and optimize the existing framework as per the latest changes

• take ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of automated testing along with creation, execution and maintenance of automated scripts

• test documentation, metrics generation, reports generation

• understand system and software requirements

• identify risks and finding alternative solutions

• participation in technical reviews with testing teams

• collaborating with qa analysts and software developers to develop solutions

required skill set:

• hands-on experience in using tools like ibm quality management, svn and jira etc.

• ability to work independently and along with team

• experience in vector tools like canoe, candela, canape, canstress

• experience in vector vt hil simulation environment

• proficiency in capl and python

additional skill set:

• knowledge about automotive standards – aspice

• hands on experience with ms excel, ms power point

• good communication and interpersonal skills

• desired to have knowledge on c and labview

• good exposure to end-to-end product development

• working knowledge about automotive standards – aspice
