1. Thorough knowledge and understanding of protocol, procedures, and standards within area of nursing expertise.

2. Ability to provide operational guidance and leadership to technical staff in area of specialty

3. Advanced nursing skills in area of specialty

4. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present effectively to small and large groups

5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment

6. Responsible for designing, evaluating and implementing new and current nursing education content

7. Develop training plans

8. On job mentoring to nurses and ability to identify nurse trainers

Required Candidate Profile

• M. Sc Nursing with 7-8 years of Experience

• Previous experience in training is preferred

• The candidate must be open to traveling

• Should be able to speak in Telugu
