We are seeking a motivated Lathe Operator to join our team in Bhosari, Pune. In this role, you will work with lathe machinery to create and shape metal parts according to specifications. Key Responsibilities:

- **Machinery Operation**: You will set up and operate various types of lathes to produce precise metal components. This includes adjusting machine settings for speed and feed based on materials and specifications.

- **Quality Control**: You will inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet established standards. This may involve using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.

- **Maintenance**: Regularly maintain and clean the lathe machines to ensure they are in good working condition. You will report any malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to understand production schedules and specifications. Communicate effectively to resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a willingness to learn. Familiarity with basic machining principles is helpful, but not mandatory.
