As a Lathe Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by working with lathes to produce precision parts. Your attention to detail and ability to follow specifications will contribute to the overall quality of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Set Up Machines:** Prepare and configure lathe machines for operations, ensuring that all tools and materials are in place and ready for use.

- **Operate Lathe:** Skillfully run lathe machines to create parts according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and finishes.

- **Monitor Production:** Regularly check the quality of the output during the operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.

- **Maintain Equipment:** Perform routine maintenance on the lathe and other equipment, keeping them in good working condition to prevent downtime.

- **Document Work:** Maintain records of production runs, including any issues encountered or adjustments made, for quality assurance and reporting purposes.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have at least 1 to 7 years of experience operating lathes in a manufacturing environment.

- A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required.

- Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining processes is essential.
