We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator with 1 to 3 years of experience to work in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have completed an . program and will be responsible for operating lathe machines to manufacture precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Setup**: Prepare and set up lathe machines by adjusting tools and settings to meet specific job requirements, ensuring optimal performance for each task.

- **Operation**: Operate the lathe machine efficiently to produce parts according to engineering specifications, while monitoring the process for quality and consistency.

- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished components using measuring tools, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy.

- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition, troubleshooting any issues that arise during operations.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production numbers, material used, and any issues encountered to ensure smooth workflow and provide necessary updates to supervisors.
