We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our team in Ramol, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in operating lathe machines and will be responsible for producing precise metal or wood parts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate lathe machines to manufacture metal or wood parts according to technical specifications and drawings.

2. **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain precision and accuracy.

3. **Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance of lathe machines, including cleaning and lubrication, to ensure optimal performance.

4. **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process, ensuring minimal downtime.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:
