Laravel Developer (CRM & HRM Systems)

Job Description

We are looking for a Laravel Developer to work on multiple in-house and client projects, with primary focus on CRM and HRM systems. The role requires strong understanding of core Laravel concepts, database design, and business logic implementation, not just CRUD development.

The candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable Laravel applications that handle real-world workflows such as employees, attendance, payroll, leads, customers, roles, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Laravel-based CRM and HRM applications

Design and manage database schemas using Laravel migrations

Implement complete CRUD operations aligned with business workflows

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable backend code

Understand and implement real-world HRM and CRM logic

Work with authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions

Debug issues related to the database, migrations, and application logic

Collaborate with team members to improve system architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Laravel framework

Good understanding of MVC architecture

Experience with Laravel migrations and schema updates

Strong knowledge of MySQL / relational databases

Understanding of Eloquent relationships

Experience with CRUD operations

Basic understanding of authentication & middleware

Conceptual Skills (Very Important)

Ability to explain why a solution is designed a certain way

Understanding of database relationships and schema evolution

Ability to connect business requirements with technical design

Good to Have

Experience working on CRM or HRM systems

Knowledge of service classes or clean architecture

Familiarity with REST APIs

Basic frontend knowledge (Blade / Bootstrap / JS)
