we are looking for hardware repair candidates in hyderabad/delhi/mumbai! duties and responsibilities replace/repair - system board , display assembly, webcam , speaker, fan, bezel, heatsink ,touchpad , specific keyboard ,hdd ,top cover, controller board ,pcb,i/o board.

some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- travel to customer sites, investigate customer complaints, and resolve problems - perform preventative maintenance and repair services on equipment by analyzing system problems, troubleshooting, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation and performing tests - maintain positive working relationships with customers

- document service and installation actions by entering information and completing reports.

few common questions asked and below are the answers-

· laptop’s are still under warranty, so it’s more of a replacement job than a repair.

not looking for chip level (motherboard) service provider

· the approximate travel distance to be covered is 10-15km’s from the warehouse.

· looking for “an individual freelancer laptop service engineer” not an agency/company!

· payment would be credited immediately after the completion of job through our freelancer portal.

· pay per job.

· daily income is directly proportional to the no. of wo’s (work orders) an engineer would close in a day.

· 2 days of complementary training would be provided to the selected candidate.
