Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Laparoscopic Surgeon with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our medical team in Rampur Bushahr, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India The ideal candidate will specialize in minimally invasive surgical procedures, providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Laparoscopic Surgery: Conduct surgical operations using laparoscopic techniques to treat various conditions, ensuring patient safety and effective outcomes.

Patient Consultations: Evaluate patient medical histories, perform physical examinations, and discuss surgical options, risks, and benefits with patients and their families.

Postoperative Care: Monitor patients after surgery, manage pain relief, and ensure proper recovery procedures are followed to facilitate a swift return to health.

Collaborate with Medical Teams: Work alongside anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless surgical operations.

Keep Up with Advances: Stay informed about the latest developments in laparoscopic techniques and technology to continually enhance surgical practices and patient treatment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a Post Graduate degree in Surgery, with specialized training in laparoscopic techniques. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on surgical experience is essential. Strong analytical and decision-making skills are critical for assessing patient needs and developing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication abilities are necessary for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Candidates should also demonstrate a commitment to compassionate patient care and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment. Qualification MS/DNB in Surgery, Surgeon should have experience in General & Laparoscopic Surgeries Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience needed . Package 4 LPM With Share & Accommodation .
