Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Surgeon to join our medical team in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of surgical procedures and provide high-quality patient care. This full-time position is perfect for both newly graduated and early-career surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Surgical Procedures**: Perform a range of surgeries, including emergency and elective surgeries, ensuring patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols.

2. **Patient Care**: Assess patients’ conditions, provide diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with nurses and other medical staff to coordinate patient care, discussing cases and sharing insights to enhance service quality.

4. **Post-Operative Monitoring**: Monitor patients after surgery to track recovery, manage pain, and identify any complications that may arise.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, surgical procedures, and follow-up care to ensure compliance with medical guidelines.

Required Skills and Expectations:
