Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Surgeon to join our team in Bhilwara, India. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience and requires a post-graduate degree in surgery.

As a General Surgeon, you will perform a variety of surgical procedures, manage pre-operative and post-operative care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. **Surgical Procedures**: Conduct various surgeries, including but not limited to appendectomies, hernia repairs, and gallbladder removals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.

2. **Patient Assessments**: Evaluate patients to determine their surgical needs and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual conditions.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and specialists, to provide coordinated and effective patient care.

4. **Follow-Up Care**: Monitor and manage patients throughout their recovery, addressing any complications that may arise and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, surgical procedures, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent surgical skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest surgical techniques is essential. You should be adept in working under pressure and demonstrating compassion towards patients. Qualification MS/DNB in General Surgery . Package 2 LPM - LPM
