Laboratory Technician - Freshers

Job Responsibilities:

Perform blood collection (phlebotomy) safely and accurately

Handle home sample collection visits

Call and coordinate with patients for appointments

Assist lab technician in routine laboratory work

Manage patient registration and documentation

Maintain laboratory records and reports

Collect and record patient details properly

Support overall laboratory operations and management

Requirements:

DMLT certified or prior experience in phlebotomy

Experience in home visits preferred

Dedicated, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude

Good communication skills

Must know English and Kannada

Basic computer knowledge (data entry, reports, registration work)
