LAB Technician (full Time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting laboratory tests: Perform various tests on samples accurately and efficiently to support research or medical diagnosis.

2. Maintaining laboratory equipment: Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated, cleaned, and maintained to ensure accurate results and safety.

3. Recording and analyzing data: Document test results, observations, and any other relevant data for analysis and reporting purposes.

4. Following safety protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents, contamination, or other hazards.

5. Assisting with research projects: Support scientists or medical professionals in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues.

Required skills and expectations:

1. Strong understanding of technician activities: Ability to perform various technical tasks accurately and efficiently.

2. Proficiency in lab testing: Experience and knowledge of different testing methods and procedures in a laboratory setting.

3. Knowledge of medical lab procedures: Familiarity with medical laboratory processes and protocols for accurate and reliable results.

4. Laboratory technician experience: Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2-8 years.

5. Attention to detail: Ability to focus on small details and accurately record and analyze data for research or diagnosis purposes.
