Key Responsibilities
1. Laboratory Testing & Analysis
Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests
Collect, label, and prepare samples for analysis
Record and analyze test results accurately
2. Equipment Handling & Maintenance
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
Perform routine calibration and troubleshooting
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of lab tools
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of test results and procedures
Prepare reports and documentation as required
Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and standards
4. Quality Control
Follow quality control procedures and ensure accuracy of results
Identify errors or inconsistencies and report to supervisors
Assist in audits and quality inspections
5. Safety & Compliance
Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulations
Handle chemicals, biological samples, or materials safely
Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene standards
6. Support & Coordination
Assist senior scientists or lab managers in research activities
Coordinate with other departments for testing requirements
Maintain inventory of lab supplies and materials
