note :- looking for female candidates (would check for male candidates) -freshers to months or months or yrs experience ready to work in food industry -staying mostly between dadar to kalyan or willing to relocate or ready to stay in pg-paying guest to their friends /relatives - staying between dadar to kalyan.
qualification :- (chemistry) - only who can join immediately.
must only know how to use a weighing scale and know the decimal number system well to measure accurately.
work experience :- freshers to 1 year minimum, not compulsory for work experience in our industry only - food & flavours.
notice period :- immediate joining preferred.
job profile :- we are looking for lab assistant = 02no.
- standardised recipes and process for bakery products to be made in applications laboratory.
- support the r&d manager with the day to day running of the r&d work and timely submissions of application samples to sales team as per requests generated.
- candidate will be responsible for new product prototypes on a lab level in segments of bakery, confectionery, beverages, dairy etc..
- to blend various seasonings given by the r&d manager in specified weight and volume ratio.
- mix them physically in mixing bowls.
- maintaining lab samples and inventory.
- cleaning of lab. to maintain it regularly.
- must only know how to use a weighing scale and know the decimal number system well to measure accurately.
- candidates should be knowing these chemicals or do study all these chemical products examples - ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, amyl acetate, citral, acetyl thiazole, difurfuryl disulfide, 2 methyl pyrazine, 2 acetyl pyridine.
work experience - 1 year maximum or fresher, not compulsory for work experience in our industry only.
interview process :- client would have to appear for face_to_face interview - first round general aptitude test, lab testing second round, f2f with hod - r&d labs, final hr round-salary discussion would taken.
salary:- ctc gross salary ,000/ pm (full commitment to work in this job for 18 months) with necessary deductions (pf, pt & esic – net in hand = rs. 11,134/-) depending upon your performance in interview, qualification, knowledge etc.
upon selection selected candidate has to work with the company for at least 18 months with full commitment :-
- if candidate leaves the job before 12 months from date of joining, then he/she has to pay reimbursement of rs. 30,000/- to company.
- if the candidate leaves job before 18 months from date of joining, then experience letter would not be given by company.
