Roles & Responsibilities

– Deep analysis on Events/Incidents communicated by L1/L2

- Handle High severity issues & provide Root Cause analysis

- Train L1/L2 via Planned knowledge transfer & Internal training sessions

– Validate reporting activities & present the same to the respective clients

- Proficient in handling Client escalations & incident response activities Qualifications:

- 4+ Years of working in security and operations fields

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred - Excellent knowledge on Cyber Incident analysis

- Should be comfortable in operating systems (Windows/UNIX), and web technologies (focusing on Internet security)

- Expertise on Vulnerability assessment as well as penetration testing, forensic analysis

- Client Facing experiences - Certifications from CISSP, CEH, GCIA, CCNA, OSCP, OSCE are an added advantage
