responsibilities:

• follow & comply with teaching standards and safety regulations

• create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom

• maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.

• monitoring the student’s behavior throughout the day including break hours.

• facilitating the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential

• maintaining objective, accurate and up-to-date progress records for future planning

• observing and updating the child’s care record and tracking their development within the nursery

• responding sensitively to a child’s feelings and behaviors and meeting emotional needs

• empowering children to feel responsible and involving them actively in their own learning

• use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities

• maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information

• observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem

requirements & skills:

• thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures

• fluency in english is mandatory

• must possess excellent written and communication skills

• must have good interpersonal skills

• should be good at extra-curricular activities

• must have passion to work with kids

• must be enthusiastic and open to learning in the new environment
