Hiring For B.A Freshers - Kannada Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated Kannada Teacher to join our team at our Krishnarajupuram location. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of the Kannada language.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Classroom Instruction:** Deliver engaging lessons that promote an understanding of Kannada language and literature among students. This involves preparing lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.

- **Student Assessment:** Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. This includes grading assignments and conducting tests.

- **Curriculum Development:** Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Kannada curriculum. This ensures that the material is current and relevant to the students’ learning levels.

- **Extracurricular Activities:** Organize and participate in language-related activities such as debates, cultural events, or competitions that encourage student involvement and enhance their learning experience.

- **Parent Communication:** Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. This may involve meetings or regular updates via email.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on education. A degree is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in both Kannada and English are essential to effectively engage students and parents. We expect the candidate to be creative and passionate about teaching, with a proven ability to work well in a team environment.
