system management: managing systems, including windows, linux, or mac, and ensuring they are running optimally

software and hardware: installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices

security: performing security audits and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with security policies

technical support: providing technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues

user administration: managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights

network management: overseeing the functionality of network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls

backups and restores: performing daily security backups and restores to prevent data loss

documentation: maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes

cybersecurity: setting up and maintaining strong cybersecurity protocols, including patching vulnerabilities and following best practices

single sign-on (sso): overseeing the company's sso guidelines and processes
