BE/B. Tech/./ M. Tech or equivalent degree in the branches, relevant to the project, from some recognized University.

Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the SERB-DST sponsored project entitled [Project No. CRG/2022/] Exploration and Design Optimization of Negative Capacitance Nanosheet Field Effect Transistor for Memory and Analog Applications. at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Pant Institute of Engineering & Technology, Ghurdauri, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India under the supervision of undersigned. The Position is temporary and is available immediately. The position is initially available for one year, which may be extendable based on the candidate's performance on yearly basis.

BE/ with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent grade) in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)/Electronics Engineering (EE)/Electronics and Instrumentation (EI) or equivalent degree in the branches, relevant to the project from a recognized University or equivalent.

(AND/OR)

(ii) ME/ in ECE/EE/EI/VLSI Design/Microelectronics or equivalent degree in the branches, relevant to the project with 60% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized University or equivalent.

(OR)

(iii) MSc (Electronics)/ MSc (Physics) or equivalent degree in the branches, relevant to the project from a recognized University or equivalent
