Junior PHP Developer

Job Profile:-
We are looking smart, presentable Hr Generalist Profile Candidate.

The job would include:-
1. To deal with all the HR general activities like ESI, PF, Payroll, Documentation etc.
2. To Create an environment of positive employee relations, maintain confidentiality, establish trust and credibility.
3. To source, recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill vacant positions.
4. To organise induction programme, maintain existing formalities etc.
5. To Monitor, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems or grievance handling.
6. To identify training needs, arrange training, maintain training records and ensure availability of skilled and competent manpower in the organization.
7. To maintain suitable working environment by implementing rules and policies.
8. To allocate duty and responsibility to the management staff in consultation with the Director.

Education:- BBA/MBA (in Hr Specialization) is preferred. Any Graduate with 1 year experience as HR Recruiter or Hr Executive is eligible for this post.
