maintaining the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
ensuring all the employees comply with the hr policies.
employee engagement: organizing events and team-building activities for employees.
managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health facilities, issues and complaints.
branding of the company on a social media platform.
coordination in training & development.
maintain employee files and hr records in soft and hard copies.
vendor management and administration.
requirements & skills:
understanding of basic human resources policies and procedures.
good knowledge of statutory compliances.
