Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintaining the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
Employee Engagement: organizing events and team-building activities for employees.
Managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health facilities, issues and complaints.
Branding of the company on a social media platform.
Coordination in training & development.
Maintain employee files and HR records in soft and hard copies.
Vendor management and administration.
Requirements & Skills:
Understanding of basic human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of statutory compliances.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills & decision-making abilities.
Multitasking and parallel working.
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
Must be proactive in taking on responsibilities.
Knowledge or experience of MS-office.
Education: Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree, HR Specialization will be preferable.
