candidate should have mandatory 3+ years’ experience in the modular interior projects

must have excellent production drawing knowledge for modular fittings

excellent knowledge of sketchup or 3ds max is mandatory

prepare presentations (3d, 2d, mock-ups, and renderings) for customers.

have practical knowledge of autocad, google sketchup, v ray, photoshop, 3ds max

create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.

create working drawings for the execution of projects and communicate the same to the execution team.

keep effective communication with the clients, vendors, and team members for the successful completion of the project.

research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.

applicant should be from a design education background

strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for design principles

creative talent, imagination, and eye for details in design.

should be flexible to work to meet business needs

should have basic knowledge about microsoft

should have knowledge about hardware accessories and materials.

produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (cad), sketchup, and hand-drawing skills.
