Transforms concepts, drawings, and designs of jewelry into digital 3D models that meet industry standards. Utilize a technical understanding of jewelry manufacturing to create CAD models “ready for production” and adapt the models to be “ready for render”.
Requirements
Experience or diploma in Jewelry Design and significant CAD and model making training and experience.
Experience and demonstrated ability to use 3D CAD Software for jewelry design based on sketches or 2D images.
Fluent in Rhino - a must
Familiar with Blender - a strong advantage
Familiar with rendering platforms such as Keyshot / Octane / Vray / Corona - an advantage
Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes - an advantage.
