Responsible for the development, deliveries and support custom applications.

It will include, but not limited to designing, developing, enhancing existing applications; designing and developing new applications and capabilities.

Candidate will need to develop code, code review, writing test scripts; build train and build competencies of in-house team.

Mandatory expert level development skills of 2+ years with strong hands on coding and designing skills in Java/J2EE technology.

Candidate must have strong JAVA development experience with spring, hibernate.

Candidate must have strong database experience like MySQL, MongoDB.

Candidate must have demonstrated leadership qualities.

Candidate must be able to ramp up quickly with new technologies and business process.

Candidate must be able to work with time sensitive internal SLA's.

Candidate must be able to deal with frequent changing priorities and be able to quickly resolve issues.

Familiar with testing, debugging, logging techniques and tools.

Strong Analytical skills and proven problem solving techniques.

QUALIFICATION

Moderate to Advance knowledge of UNIX environments, Unix Shell scripting and SQL.

Experience in refactoring existing systems.

Experience in collaborative teams using revision control systems such as SVN.

Experience with automated build utilities like Maven strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail, good communications skills, and a positive attitude.

Demonstrable experience managing dynamic projects on tight schedules.

Ability to deliver projects on time with minimal supervision.

Prior experience in e-commerce software application development is preferred.

Advanced Java development experience is required.

Hands on experience with Jboss server.

Experience developing in XML / SOAP technologies is desired.

Experience managing software development projects and teams is a plus.
