Responsibilities:

Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems TL

Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications

Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain business application

Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software

Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards

Plan, develop and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion.

Understand and evaluate complex data models.

Execute system development and maintenance activities

Work with team members to design innovative software programs that improve and simplify experience for customers.

Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.

Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.

Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.

Experience - Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience
