2. strong java, j2ee and micro services development experience.

4. strong experience in rdbms(oracle)

5. strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices code refactoring.

6. a delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work without direction

7. mandatory hands-on cloud technology. containers and k8s are optional.

8. experience with various source control tools like git

9. good to have hands-on experience on kafka or any streaming technology.

10. good to have experience in splunk, dynatrace tools

11. experience in agile development lifecycle methodology

12. strong problem solving and analytical skills

13. good understanding of jenkins ci/cd, maven/gradle.

14. proactive and self-motivated

15. good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
