Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team at Konnect Analytics India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in JAVA backend development and hands-on experience in designing and building scalable web applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and build JAVA web applications

Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging

Collaborate with team members and lead smaller-sized teams when needed

Provide regular updates to management on ongoing development

Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Core JAVA

Experience in at least one web framework: Spring or Struts

Proficiency in SOAP/REST web services

Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns

Hands-on experience with Eclipse IDE

Added Advantage:

Knowledge of SQL and database interaction

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Java Development

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently and lead a small team when required
