We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Java Developer will play a key role in implementing and enhancing software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Java development.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java programming language fundamentals.

Proficiency in Java EE or Spring framework.

Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Commitment to learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
