Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IVF Specialist to join our team in Moolakulam. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience and hold an MD in Medicine. This full-time position requires dedication to providing excellent patient care and support throughout the IVF process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Patient Consultations: Meet with patients to discuss their fertility issues, assess their medical history, and explain the IVF process.

- Perform Diagnostic Tests: Order and interpret necessary tests to evaluate the reproductive health of patients to determine the best treatment options.

- Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized IVF plans based on patient assessments, including medication protocols and egg retrieval procedures.

- Monitor Treatment Cycles: Supervise patients during their IVF cycles, ensuring proper administration of medication and monitoring progress.

- Perform IVF Procedures: Conduct egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and other related procedures with precision and care.

- Provide Emotional Support: Offer guidance and support to patients throughout their IVF journey, helping them cope with the emotional aspects of fertility treatments.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of reproductive medicine and IVF protocols. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively explain treatment options to patients. Attention to detail is crucial in monitoring patient progress and performing procedures accurately. The candidate should be compassionate, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations with empathy. A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with other medical professionals are also important for success in this role.
