We are looking for a dedicated ITI Welder to join our team. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience and involves working from various locations across Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Welding Operations**: Perform various types of welding processes to join metal parts securely and accurately according to specifications.

2. **Reading Blueprints**: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the design and ensure precise work execution.

3. **Quality Control**: Inspect finished welds for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments to meet project standards.

4. **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly maintain and clean welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety during operations.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and troubleshoot any welding issues that may arise.
