Job Summary:

The ITI Technician will be responsible for performing honing, reaming, and precision machining operations on Stainless Steel/Zirconium tubes, ensuring accurate Inner Diameter (ID) and Outer Diameter (OD) finishing as per customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform honing and reaming operations on Stainless Steel/Zirconium tubes

Carry out Inner Diameter (ID) and Outer Diameter (OD) machining

Read and interpret basic engineering drawings

Set up and operate relevant machines and tools

Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.)

Maintain production targets and quality standards

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping

Required Qualifications:

ITI Certification (Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Mechanical preferred)

3–5 years of experience in machining or tube finishing preferred

Freshers with relevant ITI training may apply

Basic understanding of machining processes

Ability to speak Telugu, Hindi, and English

Required Skills:

Knowledge of honing and reaming processes

Understanding of ID & OD machining

Experience working with stainless steel materials

Familiarity with precision measuring tools

Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

Ability to work in a production environment
