Interview For ITI Fitter || I.T.I. - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and skilled ITI Fitter to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position ideal for recent graduates with an ITI certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembly of Components: You will be responsible for assembling different mechanical parts and components accurately and efficiently, ensuring they meet quality standards.

- Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

- Repair Work: Identify and fix any issues in mechanical systems, using hand tools and diagnostic equipment, to minimize downtime in production.

- Technical Drawings Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to understand assembly requirements and specifications.

- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with engineers and other fitters in a team environment to ensure smooth workflow and quality output.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed their ITI in Fitter trade. A good grasp of mechanical concepts and basic engineering principles is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary to ensure quality assembly and maintenance. Effective communication skills are important for collaborating with team members. Candidates should be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina is required to handle the demands of manual labor.
