Responsibilities:
Assembly and Fitting: Assemble mechanical components and equipment accurately as per blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Installation: Install machinery and equipment at the required locations, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and carry out necessary repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand assembly and installation requirements.
Use of Hand and Power Tools: Proficiently and safely use a variety of hand and power tools for fitting, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts.
Measuring and Marking: Accurately measure and mark metal components using appropriate tools and techniques.
Welding and Fabrication (If applicable): Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as required for fitting and assembly (depending on specific role requirements).
Quality Checks: Inspect fitted and assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaboration: Work effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Record Keeping: Maintain basic records of work performed, including maintenance logs and any issues encountered.
Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean and organized.
Local Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues in Marathi and Hindi.
