Job Description:

Hiring for technical recruiter or combination experience, education & superior performance

Experience performing initial screening interviews to assess candidate interest and fit

Experience using an applicant tracking system like Ceipal, BullHorn,Fieldglass

Ability to sell a company, culture and job opportunity

Creativity in approaching talent acquisition in a unique way

Knowledge on how to assess and screen candidates prior to interviews

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
