Roles and Responsibilities
For IT Sales Intern
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential corporate clients, decision-makers, and industry trends to build a robust sales pipeline.
Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of leads and client interactions in the CRM.
Market Research: Gather feedback from prospective clients to understand market demands and assist in refining the sales pitch.
Support: Assist senior sales executives in scheduling meetings, preparing product presentations, and drafting basic proposals.
For IT Sales Executive
End-to-End Sales: Own the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and initial qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
Client Consultation: Understand client technical requirements and present tailored IT solutions (software, cloud services, web/app development, or tech infrastructure).
Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure project scopes are accurately defined before onboarding clients.
