We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the IT Recruitment/Staffing industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the IT sector. Your primary focus will be on developing new business relationships, nurturing existing client partnerships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify target clients and sectors.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.

Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

Present our services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting our expertise in IT recruitment and staffing.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth and client retention.

Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their recruitment and staffing requirements.

Regularly engage with clients to address their concerns, provide updates, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our services.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering industry insights, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

Market Intelligence and Industry Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the IT sector.

Monitor competitors and identify their strengths and weaknesses.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, client needs, and potential business expansion opportunities.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure smooth execution of client engagements
