We are hiring for IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter positions @Bangalore

Position: IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter/Lead Recruiter

Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA / PGDM (Human Resources) preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in IT Recruitments.

Salary: INR3 LPA to 6LPA (as per experience & expertise) + Performance Based Incentives

Work Location: White Field Road, Thubarahalli, Bangalore - Work from Office Culture

Job description

Primary Role

1. Search, Screen and Line up the candidates for the Interview

2. Have to do the telephonic interview screening of the candidate before line up the candidate

3. Coordinate with the candidate for whole Interview process till its result.

4. Usage of all the recruitment sources like Job Portal, Campus etc. for line up the candidates.

5. Coordination with the Interviewer and candidates for the schedule

6. Give proper feedbacks to the candidates

7. Collecting and verifying the documents like Certificates, Mark sheets, Projects, Legitimate proofs etc of the finalized candidates.

Secondary Role

1. Maintaining all the candidates details

2. Prepare the MIS reports

3. Identifying the new source of recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Should be graduate in IT field and Post-Graduation in HR field.

2) Required basic knowledge of Technical programming languages like JAVA, , PHP etc.

3) Required Good Communication & Coordination Skills.
