must have a good understanding of us staffing business, sales and recruitment process.

must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.

able to manage 5 to 10 junior recruiters.

identifying the quality matching resumes as per it requirements.

expert in dealing with h1b visa , us citizens, green card/permanent residents, opt/cpt ead candidates.

well versed with different tax terms like w2, 1099, c2c etc.

sourcing resumes using social networking along with varioa
