we are looking for a dynamic and driven it recruiter to join our growing team. this role is ideal for someone who has started their journey in technical hiring and wants to build a strong foundation in the recruitment industry. you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of it roles across multiple clients.

🔧 key responsibilities:

- understand hiring requirements for various technical positions

- source and screen candidates using job portals, linkedin, social media, and internal databases

- conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates�� technical and soft skills

- coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups

- maintain candidate data in the recruitment tracking system

- build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified it professionals

- ensure timely closures of positions and meet hiring targets
