• project delivery - understands different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies and milestones within a project, and the required documentation needs.

• planning - experienced with planning, estimating, staffing, organizing, and working on multiple projects. has monitored and dealt with critical paths and risks areas.

• service delivery - good understanding of concepts of service delivery and support and how this can be affected by technical delivery.

• technical knowledge - a very good broad understanding of a wide variety of technologies pertinent to web & mobile applications.

• leadership skills and management

• project management experience in managing web/mobile application development

• excellent communication skills (oral and written) with senior stakeholders, business subject matter experts

• strong analytical and problem solving skills

• ability to quickly learn new technology, business domains and processes

• proven ability to multitask, be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressured environment with changing priorities

roles & responsibilities:

• to be responsible for leading project teams to develop and deliver solutions on projects

• delivery of project outputs on time and in accordance with the allocated budgets, and ensuring client endorsement.

• build strong working relationships with clients, partners, consultants and contractors.

• co-ordinate multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the project team, including specialist inputs from a pool of resources may be from outside your team, to ensure an integrated solution

• determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

• delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

• ensure team leads under you follow coding standards, and be responsible for code quality since it is the primary deliverable in our projects.
