Key Responsibilities:
Agile Coaching & Team Empowerment:
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles , practices, and values.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure transparency and team alignment.
Foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and accountability within teams.
Impediment Removal & Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify and resolve technical, process, or organizational blockers hindering team progress.
Escalate risks and dependencies to leadership with actionable mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with engineering leads to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
Product & Stakeholder Alignment:
Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives.
Promote transparency through dashboards, burn-down charts, and sprint reviews.
Continuous Improvement & Metrics:
Measure team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, defect rates).
Lead retrospectives to identify process improvements and implement actionable changes.
Track team health through surveys and feedback to sustain high performance.
Technical & Organizational Agility:
Support teams in adopting Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and practices (while checking bugs and testing them on platforms).
Experience: 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (preferably in tech/software).
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
