Walk-in For IT Admin

1. System & Network Management

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, workstations, and servers

Manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, routers, and switches

Ensure uninterrupted network performance for detailing teams

2. Software & Application Support

Install and maintain engineering software such as:

AutoCAD

Rebar detailing software (., Tekla, ASA, etc.)

Monitor software license validity and renewals

Troubleshoot software-related issues for detailers and engineers

3. User Support (Helpdesk)

Provide day-to-day IT support to employees

Resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly

Support printers, plotters (important for drawings), and scanners

4. Data Management & Backup

Maintain project data storage systems

Perform regular backups of drawings and project files

Ensure data recovery systems are in place

5. IT Security

Maintain antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security

Control user access to sensitive project data

Ensure safe sharing of drawings with clients

6. Hardware & Asset Management

Maintain IT inventory (systems, licenses, accessories)

Coordinate procurement of systems with required specifications for detailing work

Ensure systems meet performance needs (high RAM, GPU if required)

7. Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with software vendors and IT service providers

Support audit requirements (software compliance, license tracking)
